Biscoff Cheesecake

A classic New York Cheesecake recipe from https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/new-york-cheesecake

We left out the sour cream and because we LOVE Biscoff, we swapped out the crushed digestives for crushed Lotus biscuits. We also added melted Biscoff and a Lotus biscuit to the top layering!
